WELCOME TO AKHIL BHARATIYA POORVA SAINIK SEVA PARISHAD (ABPSSP) - An All India organisation of Ex-Servicemen (ESM) dedicated to the nation. The Akhil Bharatiya Poorva Sainik Seva Parishad (ABPSSP) is actively involved in bringing together former service personnel, on a 'non-political platform', without distinction of rank and service. Our endeavour is to channelize their ingrained discipline, collective positive energy, dedication and devotion to duty, besides talent and experience, as also, patriotism of the highest order in interest of the nation and society, including that of the families of ESM all over India, particularly, in remote/ rural areas. The ABPSSP is managed by a central body called ‘Managing Committee’ which is, at present, headed by Lt. Gen. VK Chaturvedi, PVSM, AVSM, SM. Each state unit is a separate entity and is affiliated to the central body. It has formations in many districts with plans to reach the development block levels in rural areas and cities & towns in urban areas.

About Us

The need for an ex-servicemen’s organization inspired by the values of national consciousness and service to nation and society was long felt. Consequently, the concept of ‘Poorva Sainik Seva Parishad’ was conceived in Uttar Pradesh in 1992.  The idea was so vibrant that it spread like a wild fire.  The first All India conference of the Sainik Parishad was convened in November 1995.   It was registered as an All India body on 14th September 1999, at Delhi, with the title of Akhil Bharitya Poorva Sainik Seva Parishad (ABPSSP), under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 – Registration No. S35592 of 1999.

Aims & Objectives

ACTIVITIES- The Trust provides financial assistance to the wards of Ex-Servicemen (ESM) for their continued college education and to the deserving wards for professional/technical education.

Netaji Azad Hind Fauj Smarak Nyas

Netaji- Azad Hind Fauj Smarak Nyas was sponsored by Akhil Bharatiya Poorva Sainik Seva Parishad (ABPSSP). The Nyas owes its origin to a flag yatra by a dozen workers of the ABPSSP, from Moirang (Manipur) to the Red Fort in Delhi, in April 1997. The impressive and deeply symbolic flag hoisting ceremony within the precincts of the Red Fort culminated in a resolve to meaningfully engage in activities designed to perpetuate the memory of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and his Indian National Army (INA) and undertakes programmes aimed at actualizing Netaji’s vision of free India.
